AUV Noble Park Annual General Meeting 2026
Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Ukrainians in Victoria (AUV) – Noble Park Branch to be held at the:
Ukrainian Community Centre
26 Chandler Road, Noble Park
Sunday 11 October 2026
Registration of members will be from 1.30pm and the AGM will commence at 2.30pm.

Minutes from the previous AGM, the Annual Financial Statements and Committee Reports
A hard copy Report will be available at the Ukrainian Community Centre in Noble Park and copies will be available on the day of the AGM.
Important notice:
A member who is entitled to vote at the meeting but unable to attend, may appoint one proxy to vote on his/her behalf. A proxy must be a financial member of AUV. Alternatively, the member may provide the proxy to the Chairperson.
Nominations:
Nominations of candidates for the position of President or Committee Member must be:
made in writing to: president@auvnoblepark.com
OR
posted to: AUV Noble Park 26 Chandler rd, Noble Park VIC 3174 by 5pm on Monday 6 October 2026.
While some current committee positions are filled, we warmly welcome nominations from members who are interested in joining the committee. Additional members would be a valuable support and help ease the overall workload of our volunteers.
If you are interested in contributing to the ongoing work of the branch, we encourage you to submit a nomination.
Your participation strengthens our community. Please note that only financial members are eligible to vote or be nominated.
We are looking for people who may have skills or are able to contribute in these areas:
Secretary
Audit Committee
Additional Financial Officer
Caretaker/Hall Hire
Events
Social Media
Grants
A candidate may only be nominated by a current financial member of the AUV and must be a financial member themselves.
We invite all participants to remain after the meeting for sandwiches and refreshments.
Річні загальні збори УГВ – Відділ Нобл Парк, 2026
Цим повідомляємо про річні загальні збори Філія Української Громади Вікторії – Відділ Нобл Парк, які відбудуться в:
Українському громадському домі
26 Chandler Road, Noble Park
у неділю, 11 жовтня 2026 року
Реєстрація членів і членкинь розпочнеться о 13:30, а збори – о 14:30.
Після засідання буде частування
Долучаємо наступні документи:
Протокол Загальних Зборів філії УГВ за 2025 p. тa річний i фінансовий звіти
Копії будуть надані членам УГВ у день проведення Загальних Зборів.
Важливе повідомлення:
Член УГВ, який має право голосу на Зборах, але не може бути присутнім на Зборах, може передати свій мандат (право голосу) одному посереднику, або голові Загальних Зборів.
Член УГВ, якому передано мандат, повинен бути фінансовим членом УГВ. Згідно Статуту УГВ лише фінансові члени мають право голосувати.

- поштою на адресу: AUV Noble Park, 26 Chandler rd, Noble Park VIC 3174 не пізніше, 6 жовтня 2026 року, до год. 5.00 вечора.
Хоча деякі з чинних посад у комітеті вже зайняті, ми щиро запрошуємо членів подавати номінації, якщо ви зацікавлені долучитися до роботи комітету. Додаткові члени стали б цінною підтримкою та допомогли б зменшити навантаження на наших волонтерів.
Якщо ви бажаєте долучитися до постійної діяльності нашого осередку, заохочуємо вас подати свою кандидатуру.
Ваша участь зміцнює нашу громаду. Звертаємо увагу, що лише фінансові члени мають право голосу та можуть висуватися на посади.

Ревізійна комісія
Додатковий фінансовий референт
Догляд за Домівкою / Оренда залу
Організація заходів
Соціальні мережі
Гранти
Номінованим кандидатом може бути тільки фінансовий член УГВ. Номінувати кандидата має право фінансовий член УГВ.
Запрошуємо всіх учасників залишитися після зборів на канапки, чай/каву і напитки.
